We do not believe technology must become a blank screen, that luxury means fragility, or that ownership should end when a battery, seal, panel, or port wears out.
Intelligence made physical
Important actions deserve form: dials, latches, crowns, switches, detents, resistance, motion, and feedback understood by touch.
Material honesty
Metal wears as metal. Leather patinas. Cord records the hand. Ornament communicates touch, function, structure, or hierarchy.
Serviceable by design
Wear, impact, battery aging, maintenance, disassembly, restoration, and future upgrades are design inputs—not deferred problems.

“For life” cannot honestly mean every scratch, battery, lost item, impact, finish, or obsolete module is replaced free forever. It means the object is engineered with an afterlife—and the company remains committed after the transaction.
Structural core
Chassis, frames, structural hinges, and permanent mechanical parts receive plainly stated product-specific coverage.
Replace, do not discard
Cord, leather, straps, seals, springs, finishes, and contact surfaces are designed and priced as parts.
Repair and upgrade
Batteries, displays, ports, compute, storage, and radios receive defined warranties and honest support horizons.
Help beyond warranty
Impact, misuse, loss, and damage are not automatically free—but repair or replacement credit should remain possible.
Keep the history
Configuration, repairs, upgrades, replaced parts, and documentation form a useful ownership record after production ends.
Repair it. Restore it. Upgrade it. Explain honestly when it cannot be saved.
The covenant is a design and service standard. Final warranty duration, exclusions, remedies, and product-specific terms follow validated engineering and applicable law.
