What is recorded
When you join a dispatch, register product interest, use the cart, or submit a preorder or workshop-allocation request, ÆVIFEX records the email address you provide, the relevant department and object, date, quantity, and configuration choices shown before submission.
Why it is recorded
The record measures genuine demand, informs prototypes and workshop capacity, preserves a requested configuration, and identifies which object you asked to hear about. A preorder or allocation request is not a paid order, serial reservation, locked price, or promised delivery date.
Cart storage
The site places an opaque cart identifier in an HttpOnly cookie for up to 30 days. Product and configuration records are stored against that identifier in the site database; payment-card information is not collected.
What is not done
Your record is not sold, rented, or presented as completed commerce. No payment processor or automated marketing sequence is currently connected.
Control
When messages begin, each message will provide a way to leave the relevant list. Until then, no public marketing mail is being sent from these records.
Current scope
This founder-stage notice does not replace the jurisdiction-specific privacy, warranty, sales, shipping, tax, and returns terms required before public paid commerce opens.
